what is the error message after 60 % ?
is it happen for all large file or for a specific file ?

you can Download files with DAP (download accelerator plus)

Probably because your temprary cache is set too small. maybe you need to increase it's size if you want to download such large files.

go to tools>>internet options>>general>>temporary internet files>>settinigs. for optimum performance this should be set 10MB to 100MB. actually i have mine set at 500MB, but default is usually higher, however this slows down your machine. if this is set much higher then perhaps you need to empty this cache ocassionally. next to the settings button is another button that sez delete files, this will empty the cache.

My theory is that there is a file space issue. For some weird reason, there isn't enough room for that file. This issue is very rare these days, but not extinct.
