Well first you need to have sex. You dont automatically get pregnant by having your period. And it is 2 weeks after your period that you are most likely to get pregnant, assuming you are having sex.

Approximately 10 days after the first day of your period. There is a good three day period where you are more likely to get pregnant. Try webmd. They have a calendar to calculate this.

you ovulate about 14 days after the start of your period. so it would be on or around the 16th. But of course your egg would have to be fertilized, etc. for you to get pregnant.
