No only in the U.S.Obesity has a link to it. But not always.It only spreads with obesity.If you see a buck man with pecs they will not jigle when he runs but a fat man while running it will jiggle.
Its not an epidemic world wide.

You know, theres an actual medical term for that. It's called gynacomastica. Its the development of those you-know-whats on a male. It's an actual medical condition. Of course it comes along with obesity for the majority of males who suffer from this. So, yes, we do see way too many of those things bouncing around on men because they're too fat.
