one armbends up towards your oppisite shoulder, tthe other moving up and down

bend your arms slightly and sway side 2 side with you shoulders tight. Move your head side to side as you do it. Just smooth n nice.* lean wit it, rock wit it* just be cool

Go to youtube.com and search for videos of people doing the dance. It's kind of hard to teach someone how to do it over the internet.
