I have chelidren in hous and teen age I don't want them see some sites on the net,

Ok what u have to do is this, go to tools, then u have to click Internet options, then u click clear history, if u want i do this, everytime i am done using the internet i click delete cookies and then delete all offline content. I wish u all the luck.

control panel, internet options, look for the security tab at the top, click on it, click on the icon in the upper part of the window for restricted sites, and edit the list there, then click apply.

you can clean your history or internet Temporary files from tools>internet options .
but if you want no one go to bad sites you should install a parental control program .
i think (not sure) Zone Alarm Internet security has it .
