My home is already worth nine hundred thousand. It is on over two acres, 2.5. I have 280,000 in the land and house, 30,000 in the shop, isn't that as large of a profit as it will get? It is Lake Tapps Wa. It would be so great to live in a condo and not take care of a yard, not pay taxes, you know, just live. I am 43. I think.

What you want to do is to downsizie. It happens to many people, especially when they get very old. You are still young. However, if you are getting tired of the maintenance, then consider selling. If this were two years ago, I would say wait until March. You could get a higher price. Nonetheless, the market is different and there is no guarantee you can get a higher price if you wait. If you have decided that you don't want to deal with a large property, then it may be a good time to move on with your life. Good luck.

The market is slow right now and will not pick up probably until after the holidays in February. If you put it on the market now, price it right , list a reputable realtor and you should be able to sell it. It's all about a realistic sales price.
