because of the ozone layer failing. Anyone know is this supported by studies, or is this true in the first place?

That is absolutely not true.

You in fact ARE very gullible.

Hello there:
Don't worry about what they say about the world coming to an end. I grew up hearing the exact same thing and 50 years later, were still spinning in a circle.

Do you know how much living you can do in 60 years? Do you know how sick you will be if you keep thinking the world will come to an end? there is nothing you can do my friend if it ends in 60 years or 60 minutes. If it does happen when ever make sure you go with a smile on your face, a good feeling in your heart and the thought that you did everything you wanted to accomplish in this world!
Hope this helped

I hadn't heard that one. But I have heard that many people swore the world was going to end with the coming of 1900 and it was going to end at the last millennium , then in 2001 the true millennium. So you guess is as good as any.

My great-aunt is 105 and says life is for the living . So go live your life until it is out of your hands. And stop worrying about the little stuff.

Yeah, there's probably some truth to it...but I don't think it will end "completely". It will become mostly uninhabitable. That is because humans choose to continue to destroy the earth at a rate faster than it can repair itself. The dinosaurs had a shot...so did the humans...the sad thing is that we know better...the dinosaurs did not. Perhaps humans are just not suppose to live on forever. Maybe our spieces will become extinct and another life form will take it's place. Ultimately, the world just continues to evolve. It's just a crapshoot as to which creatures are lucky enough to live on it at the same time.

That's bullsh!t! The world has been about to end since Christ was crucified 2000 years ago! Dooms day prophets abound in every generation... The world has been prophesied to end next month every month for thousands of years and it hasn't happened yet so.....

Don't worry! Be Happy! If the world ends tomorrow, there will be precious little you can do about it...a meteor could hit us tomorrow but why wast today worrying? Live!

Actually Issac Newton predicted that the world would end in 2060. He used some kind of psuedo-science like Alchemy to figure it out, so it's total bull.

As for the o-zone layer falling, O-zone is gas, when was the last time falling gas hurt you?

It is true, but not because of the ozone, John KERRY is going to tell so many lies that it will explode.
