i know what your gonna say, cause your expecting it but still people still excpect it other times and get tickled.

because most people don't sit around and try to amuse themselves by tickling them... losa

I can just tickle myself, but usually only with objects and only to a certain extent, maybe getting a particularly good spot for an instant or so. Sooner or later though the combination of knowing exactly where one is going next and exactly what sensation is coming gets too strong and shuts it down at a point where another person tickling me would be pressing on and getting stronger reactions out of me.

Tickling makes people laugh because of the anticipation of the tickling which is why you can't tickle yourself.

you nerve endings are "used" to the sensations you give to yourself... it has a "memory" of how your own fingertips feel when they touch your foot... so the "tickle" response does not activate. it's like knowing the different sensation of holding your own hands together and holding another person's hand.

Actually, you can tickle yourself.....if you are really quick and do it when you aren't expecting it. Seriously.
