I don't either --- but I have begun eating these little fibre disk and am getting more regular. i also feel better. i often wander if this is why I have so much PMS because just before my period I have a biggy and then start. after that I begin to feel better. Try the fibre and drink a lot of water.

If you are one of the lucky who do get to poop 3 times a day, do it. Now, the only pooping every 5 days? Incredibly unhealthy. If you are anorexic or bulemic you need to be getting help for that and as soon as possible as it can be a death sentence. Toxemia can set in and is deadly. When you don't poop for five days without feeling awful, you probably have an eating disorder. If it does make you feel terrible, you may have an obstructed bowel or colon that needs to be attended to asap. Please see a doctor for whatever problem you know that you have. I wish you the best, and don't forget to see the doctor and be honest with them about your eating habits. :)

Everyone's bowels move about three times a day. It is normal for that to result in a poop between 1 and 3 times per day. If you haven't pooped in morethan 3 days, best see a doctor or change your diet (try more fibre, fruit, less lard and eggs).

You should poop at least once per day. If you're not, you need to figure out why. Not expelling fecal matter is bad for your body. Try drinking more water and eating more fiber. If this doesn't help, you should see a specialist to have some tests performed.

Hmmmm...you should go at least once a day! That is healthy. Try adding fiber to your diet. Beans, prunes, whole wheat bread and cereal to keep yourself regular. You need to keep the toxins out of your body!!! Or if you don't like that idea try Muselix or some fiber substitute. As you don't want to end up with colon cancer!!!

No- but FIBER or soymilk or you could have a blockage---- you should be going everyday. Sometimes 2-3 times if your excercising and healthy---- more veges, less carbs etc. Think about all you put into your tummy- where is it now? Get it out! Except the vitamins etc of course!

Everybody is different; you will have a bowel movement when your body is ready. It's good to eat a varied diet, with plenty of fruits and vegetables, so that your body has plenty of fiber to work with; it's also important to drink plenty of fluids so that waste doesn't become too compacted in your gut. If it's bothering you, consider taking a mild stool softener, but mostly, if you're eating a good diet and drinking plenty of fluid, just let nature take its course.

You should have a bowel movement at least once a day. this helps the body rid itself of undigested food and any harmful toxins. I suggest you talk to your Doctor. You may also want to add fiber to your diet.

What's normal for one person may not be normal for another. However, you need to see a specialist to make sure. Also, you can try taking fiber each day to help you with that.

normal is from 3 times a day to once every 3 days. try increasing your fiber....whole grains, fruits and veggies.
