It's a mystery to me why this man is still Mayor.
This is the person, lest we forget, who wanted to invite the families of the London suicide bombers to the memorial service of those they murdered. in the spirit of forgiveness. Regardless of the morality of this, Livingstone forgets that is only the families of those murdered who have the right to forgive or not, as they choose, not polititians.
This is the man who invited supporters of suicide bombers in the Middle East to come and speak in London.
This is the man who saw nothing wrong with London Underground employing a man convicted of terrorism offences overseas, until it was pointed out to him that the employee didn't disclose them to his employer. Apart from the disclosure issue, Livingstone didn't have a problem with an international terrorist working on our transport system.

I'd like to say 'I told you so' but I didn't. However how could any self-respecting person have voted for this man when all they had to do was check his 'previous'. All I can say is the Londoners that voted for him got what they deserved, but it's the others I feel sorry for in that respect. lso he has made London the laughing stock of the UK if not the world with his antics, rantings and associations with the dregs of power around the world - but then again he still has 'Old and New Labour issues' over which he is trying to get revenge.

I like him. Well, when I say 'like', I mean "I don't dislike him as much as most other politicians".
He's a bit of a maverick, a bit of a wild card, not afraid to say what he thinks, doesn't just say stuff to get votes. Makes a refreshing change from the slimey b*stards who make up Whitehall.
Plus he brought in the congestion charge. It might not be popular, but no one else has come up with any better ideas to ease congestion.
Don't suppose I'll be getting best answer for this though, people only give 10 points to those they agree with.

He likes lizards, he put on great free music concerts when he was head of the glc. He takes into consideration all the residents of London, not just the wealthy and the big businesses therefore he's black balled in the press.

he's independent minded, not following the labour party line. also, congestion charge was a great idea that cities all over the world have started following. however, he has made some bad calls in the people he has befriended.

I like Ken.
He isn't scared to take a political risk. He goes with what he thinks right, not what he thinks will get votes.
How many politicians can you say that about?

No I can't stand the guy. I think he is just weired. One minute he is like being all normal and doing his job and the next minute he turns into this arrogant, prejudiced w****r, putting people down and making really outrageous comments. He needs to go.
