[when will the downtrodden in the world [100% of humans] be free?]

when americans commit themselves to the simple sanity and sense of founding-fathers capitalism? ie,

justly-limited-fortunes capitalism [lfc]? [ie, fortunes limited to the maximum any person can deserve by contribution to society by their own work]

ie, unjust-wealth -concentration-prevention capitalism?

the overpaid/overpowered in america are downtrodden by the misery of overpay: overpay can add very little pleasure but adds very great pain [because fairpay [pay only for contribution to society by own work] satisfies almost all desires, but overpay attracts thieves, plunderers, hostility, danger, insecurity, isolation, etc, in direct proportion to size of the overpay - plutocracies have always been toppled, usually unpleasantly - plunderers [whether empire or individual] get plundered] - where's the fun, since the more you grab, the more people grab off you?

when ppl learn you cant enjoy unless all enjoy??

Yes. Let's all become socialist and promote equality. Then, rich people such as Bill Gates, Larry Ellison, and Steve Jobs who revolutionized the entire world through their technological progress (adding trillions to GDP's throughout the world) are not rewarded for their contribution to society by capping their pay to ten million dollars per year.

Capping payments does not promote efficiency.
