Who is this boy in One Tree Hill?

It is the little boy that is a ghost and keeps following Dan around. He keeps haunting him. Who is he? And what's his history according to Dan?

It's Keith (Dan's brother) when he was younger. Dan killed Keith in the school shooting episode for no reason and that's why he is following Dan around everywhere (haunting him).

Its Keith as a little boy. Because Dan and Keith are brothers and Dan killed him. Hope that helps.
