First of all it's illegal.
Second, it's not a matter of votes but of educated votes. An uneducated voter is a scary prospect and potentially quite detrimental to our community.
If the fact that thousands of people have died throughout our history to establish our right to vote and millions of people around the world still have no say in their government is not enough to persuade someone to exercise their right than they don't deserve to vote.

I got to tell ya even Bill Gates wouldn't even offer one mill if he owned yahoo answers..... of course it would bring people to the poll but for all the wrong reasons....like people would not spend enough time on answering the best answer..... I'd say it's better if Yahoo keeps no prize... that way best answers are more accurate...
