Jim's Restaurant in Bartonville, IL. It's like a Mom and Pop type of place!
The have something called the Best Breakfast that is perfect for the indecisive, as if includes a little bit of everything like: biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, or ham, and pancakes, all for under 7 bucks! Kids love breakfast there too, because they have teddy bear pancakes, one big pancake in the shape of a teddy bear with M&M's on it!!!!

The best place to have breakfast in my town, Livingston, NJ is the Ritz Diner. They have a giant Dutch apple pancake that is scrumptious. It takes up the whole plate. Most diners have good and plentiful breakfasts. Enjoy!!!

Blueberry Hill Pancake House in LaGrange, IL. Spectacular breakfast and lunch (sandwiches and salads) at cheap prices, with super service. And the entire restaurant is non-smoking. The skillets are great. If you order something that includes their "hash browns" (really, finely diced potatoes), ask for them deep-fried as a treat - the crunch and taste makes them my favorite breakfast potato option ever!

Here in Houston it's Cracker Barrel. I bet it's just as good throughout the United States. Try the Pecan Pancakes and if you ask the waitress they will add Banana's. Ya gotta try it. MMMMM And the shopping in the little store is wonderful. They have some unique things that are very cute.

My husband loves the Hwy 29 Cafe in Napa or Mrs. McDonald's. Both have chicken fried steaks with tons of gravy. I personally like ABC Bakery. It's another no frills restaurant but I love hot food. The omelets are great.

All in Napa.

The Keystone Cafe on West 5th Ave in Eugene, Oregon. Hippie service, hippie food, hippie prices, hippie atmosphere. It's effin perfect.

GJ's on West 6th Ave is good for the rednecks around here (I have both in my family). Huge, greasy, salty portions. Really good comfort food and super friendly service.

Eugene specializes better with evening foods: wild salmon and steelhead, vegetarian/vegan desserts, organically grown produce and meats, outstanding wines, etc.

The best place for breakfast in Lake Worth
Florida is called Johnny G"s. His cream cheese stuffed french toast is the best I've ever had and his restaurant is right by the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!

Nothing in Greenfield, MA. But the Blue Bonnet diner in Northampton is REALLY good. Love their eggs benedict. The Four Leaf Clover resaurant in Bernardston is good also. Great biscuits-n-gravy.
