It could be your choice of drivers. Try switching them and see if this helps. You can also go to a local short track. There are some really nice ones in Minnesota.

I thought i was the only one who hated tony stewart. lol. Nascar isn't a southern sport because you have guys like kenseth who is from wisconsin, and they also race up north in chicago. I just think it's MORE of a southern sport because the majority of the tracks are found to the south. If they ever build that track in seattle, or build a track in minnesota or north dakota, it might change things. People who live in minnesota don't have a track anywhere near them. Maybe that is why. I live in VA and we have 2 tracks and we have a lot of fans. If it wasn't for the chicago track, there would be absolutely any tracks anywhere close to minnesota, except for the miluawkee mile, which is a busch track

Move over here to Wisconsin. I'm a NASCAR fan.
i just really got into the sport this past year. i was just out one day looking for a new videogame for my PS2.
NASCAR Chasing For the cup 2005 caught my eye, and was one game i didn't have.
i got home, i played it. i got hooked right away. I then caught one NASCAR show on TNT a few days after, and i've been watching ever since.
all those cautions, and the tentions these drivers get really a drama to the sport. you never now what's going to happen. i'm always on the edge of my seat.
i don't like it when the race is getting good, and then they cut away to commercials, I now it's to plug there sponsors, but what if something happens (and does happen) during the break.
Kevin Harvick all the way man.

Probably because nascar is lame. I do not consider it a sport.
There are many more motor sports which offer more of everything. There is a reason nascar is popular in the south and not the north.
