Wear loose clothes so the flags get lost in the clothes. A lot of times they will think they have your flag when they don't.

Wow. Ok. Determine a few plays that you think work best for different situations. Practice just those until you have got them down as a team. These should include a surprise handoff. Short passes to make quick yards. And some long plays to score. Make sure you protect your passer too. She needs to be quick on her feet. Good luck!

Don't be afraid to be AGGRESSIVE-that is don't tackle everyone but don't be afraid to just run up to the other girls and grab their flag. Make sure you know your plays and play as a team. Never have your back facing anyone you don't know...Oh yeah and make sure your flags are on front and stuck on as good as you can!GOOD LUCK
