Society and the media. Look around us. Is the average person, or anyone you know perfect? Do you look like a model (who is on a hunger strike) or flawless like any person on a magazine cover? Probably not. I don't believe anyone can be fully secure with themselves because of this fact. Even the people on tv, in the movies, on the magzines are insecure because what you see is not real. They are usually digitaly enhanced. But I blame the media's portrayal of beauty and valor and society's positve response to these figures.

What i discover unhappy is that we are strongly inspired to desert our companions in the event that they have insecurities or any defects for that remember. Having to make a actual investment and unquestionably doing paintings and dare I say helping your important different would be a huge NO, NO.

It is better to know security to undersand insecurity The sense of security is based on how you felt in the womb, when the baby feels he/she is wanted and eagerly awaited. Security comes when the baby is breast fed. (it is a great feeling of security). Security come when the baby sleeps close to the mother feeling her warmth. Knowing it is close to the mother is an important feeling and thats where the feeling of security comes. The west will never understand this! Anxiety all around!

Experiences...

Usually, you're not insecure until you get admonished for something you did or who you are.

Look at babies. They don't care if they fall or can't speak right. They just try and try and try. No one attempts to make them feel bad because they're learning.

The minute someone starts being mean though, that's when insecurities start to surface.

it starts when we look in the mirror and see something that we don't like about ourselves, and then we start getting insecure because we might hate how we look or something and then in public we worry about what others think and worry that if they don't like us, we're not good enough for anything and then we begin to feel insecure and wonder why we don't look like some people that we think look a lot better, etc. it's all in our minds, and we should not worry what other people think.

I would imagine it starts in your childhood or peer years when you are criticized in a non-constructive way. After a while, it would settle in your mind that maybe "their" right. The truth? They never gave you the chance you deserve. Don't give up and believe in YOU! This world is too competitive to believe anything negative coming from others about you.
