Sims 2 help PLEASE!!! My objects disappeared!!!?

Question

I just installed the Sims 2 Pets yesterday, and when I turned the game on, everything from Glamor Life Stuff was gone! The game is still installed, and the collection folder in buy mode is still there, but there is nothing in it. I payed 20 hard-earned dollars for that Stuff pack and I WANT MY OBJECTS BACK!!! Please help, I don't knbow what to do.
