What are some cool cup routines? READ DETAILS!!?

i don't want majic tricks!! i want to know some cool things to do with simple plastic cups.i mean like clapping, moving the cup around, picking it up, things like that all together. please give me some sites or tell me your own in an understandable way(in steps)
