there's a uncomplicated myth that has been around for an prolonged time now that in case you chop back a malicious program in 0.5, the two halves turns into worms - making 2 worms out of a million. this is very untrue. this is actual that if a malicious program loses area of its physique it is going to proceed to exist, yet once you chop back a malicious program into 2 products, one 0.5 will actually die. The 0.5 with the saddle (the fatter, pink area) will burrow itself into the soil and proceed to exist. it relatively is no longer a sturdy theory to cut back worms in 0.5 or the different creature for that remember - it relatively is totally merciless - so please don't be taken in by skill of this myth and go away the worms total.

The bit with the head on *might* live - though will probably die. The tail end will be dead as soon as it is cut.
HOWEVER due to the muscles continuing to spasm and contract for quite some time, you can wrongly get the impression that both ends are alive as they continue to wriggle.
They are not, at best you have ONE living short worm and a dead bit :)

Yes they do. You can only cut a worm four times though, and it will grow from each peice; I learned this in Biology... =)

No, they die. The myth came about because of the way they wriggle after the chop ... but the simple fact is that they die.
