I need to know what mechanical energy can be converted into. Like an example is thermal energy - light energy. I need a form of energy than mechanical can be converted into. This is kind of a dumb ? but please help.

u can convert it into i.e.
potential energy:
roll a tire to the hill
can convert into heat :
rub your hands
even can convert into mass since Energy=mass c^2

mechanical energy can be converted to heat energy, it can also be converted to electricity, which can then be used to light up and run things.

Electrical energy. Wires are rotated through a magnetic field (or the other way around) to create electrical energy. This can be done within a gasoline generator, hydro electric dam turbines, nuclear or coal generating stations, etc.
