About 5 or 6 years ago I was roller blading and i fell on my wrist. A bump developed on my wrist afterwards. Today I took a blow to the same spot and I noticed it Moved. Its not painful or painless and it kinda feels like cartelage. What do you think it could be?
What should i do?

sounds like when you fell you broke your wrist and when it grew back and healed on its own the bone grew back wrong. That could be the bump, it could actually be a bone growth that is not supposed to be there. See your doctor. Good Luck

If the lump is on the top part of the wrist, it's probably a ganglion. They are harmless, and I have heard that one way to get rid of them is to have them squashed. It think it must be some sort of cyst.

It could be a ganglion cyst. I had one, went to the Dr. and he took a large book and smashed it. That did it. I'd see a Dr. just to be sure you don't have some arthritis in the old injury site.

Go get it checked out.

I had both of mine broke (as well as other parts of both arms). I had to go to all these doctors where they did not speak to me but my mother, I was only 13.
The hand is so full of bones. Really go get it checked out by a doctor. You do not want arthritis, any of them.....

i know exactly what your talking about, i actually got a bump on my wrist from lifting weights, and it feels like cartilage, if u wrap your wrist with like an ace bandage it might go away , it worked for me

you should see a doctor. i had similar problems several years ago my wrist was broke it wasn't pleasant. i hope you are luckier then me!!!

It is a cyst. not a big deal sometimes night braces can help you can get them at your local drug store.
