This is a complicated question, because it supposes an impossibility, but the answer is logically simple.
All of human sciences, such as physics, chemistry, astrology, math, and so on, are based on the fact that we live in a world of 4 dimentions, which are length, width, hight, and time. there are other endless worlds made of less or more numbers of dimentions, known or unknown, but the remaining constant is time, as all objects need time to practice is physical characteristics in.
so when you suppose that you could slow time down, you are supposing one of 2 things, either that time realy slows down, and then yes you could run across a wall because the gravity effect will be slowed down by the slower time, but you will exert terrible effort because you will be slowed down too, and I also expect the wall itself to be a little mushy as its "solid" nature is being practiced in a "slower" time.
The second thing is if the time is normal, and its you getting faster, this is another issue.

No, whenever you move any speed your personal time slows down. So that would just be like you running up to a wall and trying to climb it. Plus if you slowed time your time would be slowed too, therefore the time looks only slowed to an observer.

No, wall is rigid and you can only run across it if you go back in time when it wasn't even built.

the rate at which you fall due to gravity is inverly porptional to time so it would take you longer to fall to the floor it time were slower.

possibly. yes you could because it would be done in slow motion, so there would be less gravity
