Implantation occurs generally around 10 days after ovulation, you would not have any symptoms prior to this. The main symptom I personally experienced early on was tender breasts, around the nipple area especially. A test taken before 2 weeks after ovulation would probably show negative and may not be accurate, as there would not yet be a detectable amount of hormones in your system yet. So, unfortunately you are going to have to wait that long, I know it stinks, that is why those of us who have been trying to conceive for a long time refer to it as the 'dreaded 2 week wait'. An inevitable fact of life.
Good Luck!! May your 2 weeks fly by.

Go ahead and take a test. Some tests can pick up the hormone as early as ten days after conception. A blood test can pick it up as early as 6 days after conception. If you take the test and it comes back negative, take another one in a week or two.

It is never toooo soon to take the test. Are your breasts tender?? Do you have any spotting? Are you more tired than normal? Go to the doctor and find out. Good luck to you. Planned Parenthood is also an option, they give free tests and advice.

it's never tooooo soon to take the test. sysptoms are tender breasts, spotting, feeling like you need to throw up (morning sickness) etc.
if your period is late then yes maybe you are pregnant. go get yourself some test done at the docs.
you could also check the website for any questions related to pregnancy. this is one www.webwomb.com/symptons
