Answer other people's questions.

I have a theory. As they age, people complain about failing memories. They walk into rooms and forget what they came there for. They forget a thought in the middle of a sentence.

My theory is that the only thing people forget as they age is how much they used to forget when they were younger. My nieces and nephews range in age from 6 to 12. Their mothers shout at all of them, "You'd forget your head if it wasn't screwed on!" My siblings and I range in age from 35 to 55, and all of us drop thoughts in the middle of a sentence or walk into rooms and forget why we came. If we didn't have our day planners and calendars, we'd constantly forget even the most important dates like birthdays and anniversaries. My Aunts and Uncles range in age from 65 to 95. They all complain about their memories, but theirs seem no worse than ours.

Think.
It will come to you.
Next time, maybe u should write it down on notes.
Have a notepad and pen always ready, even near ur bed.
U never know when a good question will come to you.

Ask questions. Ask LOTS of questions. That's how you learn in life. Find joy in the discovery of answers!

Either that or eat more chocolate.
