This is genius. Graffiti is the hallmark of angry, underprivileged, youth - and yet - you're searching for it on the web.
It almost sounds like:
"Sure I'll join your gang, right after I finish my homework"
But seriously, gangs aren't good - and neither is illegally-placed graffiti. With this in mind - art is great - and graffiti is art. It is to this end, that I grant you this link:

Graffitti can definately be legal!! There are plenty of businesses / councils etc which have legal walls, or you could paint your own property - you don't even have to paint on a wall, you can do graf art on canvas etc.
open your mind people!
