I just purchased a pair of long shorts that everyone is wearing with tights for the winter. Any suggestions on what shoes to wear with them?

I have uggs will that be too much if i dressed down the top? I have kitten heals too. Ive seen them done all ways I needed real people views.

aw, sounds cute. I have a pair of long grey shorts from Zara, and they have huge buttons at the top, they are so cute. But I wear maroon like, sweater tights under them and peep toe wedges or heels. I sometimes also put a pair of legwarmers with the wedges, now that is cute. And over on the top I wear a trapeze jacket or my long black trench and I leave it open. You sound like you have my style. :)

Uggs are great. Ballet flats work well. Kitten heals would work too. I like to wear flats with my tights and shorts, skirts, etc.

Definitely go with either closed-toe pumps with a slightly pointed toe, or peep-toe, wedge-heeled type shoes. Don't wear them with ballerina flats or you will look like a 15th century explorer or something (believe me, I made that mistake). Also, people will tell you that ankle-boots are the hot thing right now, but don't listen to them- they look awful with Bermuda shorts and tights.

Ankle boots, or soft calf high boots (but not Uggs, something sleeker).
