Boardwalk is the big winner - I have Park Place, but if you have Boardwalk (which they probably only made 1 game piece) and Park Place, you win 1 million dollars. You can ask for the official game board at an McD's - it show all the prizes. I don't know which RR is the hardest - I have B&O RR only.

you need all 4 railroads to win the prize. i have no idea which one is the hardest.
