i dont have installation CD. Can anyne tell me how to install it.

there is no need for software................just type in....Netgear wgr614 v6.......into search and look for a forum about connecting it

Either contact the manufacturer or retailer to obtain a new installation CD, or get on a computer that has internet access and download the drivers from the manufacturers website.
