If someone you not really a friend but you know the guy. Comes up to you lookin like they are on somthing.They tell you they are going to do somthing bad but you dont belive them. The next day you get arrested for "engaging" wich means you knew it was going to happen but you did nothin to prevent it. Guilty or not?

No. Even if charged with it, don't worry. The prosecution could not prove your intent, or what is going on inside your head. Your lawyer can easily produce reasonable doubt of your guilt.

Not, because you can't always believe what people tell you if nothing happened and you said something then you made a big deal outta nothing.

Depends on how old you are, what judge is deciding the case and what you do at the arraignment.

guilty - people on something are liable to do anything and you should report it better safe than sorry
