Well at work we have soups and condiments. My question is do you think it would be worth it to purchase a garbage disposal for old soup and old condiments instead of dumping the old smelly food into a garbage can?

Who's going to be purchasing the garbage disposal? I hate it when people toss their food into the garbage can and it sits there for days and stinks up the whole room! Especially banana peels!!! Then there's the issue of fruit flies!
Talk to your employer and try to convince them to buy the garbage disposal.

I think it would!
Unless you have a septic system instead of city sewer.....

It would but it really matters who's paying for it, doesn't it.
