Sorry, as much as I'd like to say bust his cheating ***, I can't. You have to consider the wife, her health and the health of her child and there is nothing that would convince me that telling her is healthy.
However, I'm not opposed to a comment to the husband about being less than a man (in any words you choose) for cheating on his wife, pregnant or not.

You can't. And with the way she's probably gonna look post-pregnancy, and with no time to screw because of the kids, he'll probably have more "late meetings at the office" or "flat tires"
If he's saying this stuff during working hours or in the break room, go to your labour rep or something... though if your workplace is casual and people talk about their exploits freely, you will be seen as the frigid *****.

Remember Scott Peterson? I'd say something to your manager perhaps, because him talking about his cheating is making you uncomfortable, and can be considered a form of sexual harassment. Tell your supervisor that it makes you uncomfortable. Aside from that, don't get into his personal business. Just hope his wife finds out and dumps him!

Tell her! I love how the men here keep saying "don't" or "none of your business". F that! She has a right to know her man is a pig. Better for her to know now than to find out later, post disease, and a messy split with a child! Do what you would want someone to do for you:)

People seem to say they would want to know these things but if that is so why are there so many people living entire lives in denial and delusion?
For all you know she already knows and you telling her will force her to face it along with her already overwhelming issues.
Bottom line is it is none of your business until it concerns you.
What DOES concern you is his innapropriate conversation at the workplace. Tell him to keep it professional and that you care not to hear about his cheating exploits.

What if it was you getting cheated on? Wouldnt you want someone to tell you? Tell the girl, the stupid person who's cheating is putting thier own childs life at risk, what if he picks up HIV or an STD and then brings it home to his wife and unborn baby...It'll be heart breaking for her, but she needs to know

Tell him that if he doesn't stop cheating and stop talking about it at the office you are going to contact his wife and tell her what he's been doing. She deserves to know what he's been doing she's the one carrying his child 9 months.

Find a way to tell her. No, it's not really your business, but she deserves to know. Write her an anoymous letter. Odds are good she "knows" on some level. You're doing her a huge favor.

Tell him he has 2 weeks to fess up, and then you are telling his wife. At least give him the chance to fess up, then call the wife, she deserves to know, especially if he is still having relations withher as he could bring home an STD and give it to her, which could hurt the baby.
