I am going to say Ohio State and Michigan. Especially this year, but year in and year out both of these teams have great squads and they both play in great stadiums, the Shoe and the Big House, what better venues are there? Those are the reasons that this rivalry is huge.

Michigan vs Ohio State. There is no other answer. These two school meet to decide the Big Ten Title almost every year. There is an undying hatred for the other inside both of the two universities, and Michigan leads the all time series because they are the best football program ever. Go Blue

texas and oklahoma. i mean come on it's at the cotton bowl at the state fair....no bigger setting. the winner of that game has determined the winner of the big 12 the last several years. as for a&m being a rivalry....it's not a rivalry, we've beat em 6 years in a row and this year will make 7.

It depends on what you want to quantify. If you look historically at the rivalry that has the most impact on national championships and heismans then you could vote USC - Notre Dame. Although there isn't as much hate in the rivalry the stakes have historically been very high

Number 1 is Ohio State Michigan
I'd put the Iron bowl 2nd ( Alabama Auburn)
Both are huge and both are very long standing.

The most important one is probably Army Navy though.

i think of maximum of it has to do with the BCS video games, quite over the final couple of years. Their loses interior the call video games harm and lead them to seem a sprint unworthy of being there, coupled by potential of yet another huge Ten college going to the Rose Bowl, merely to get blown out by potential of USC, hurts what people think of of the convention as an entire.
