hopefully you have a heated garage, and lots of time ,it is a pain in the ***, honestly try to find a place that is cheap, and you can trust,if you decide to do it your self make sure that you read the directions CAREFULLY or you will get your self in a big jam...

its not all that bad i have done a few dozen of them myself the first thin i would recommend is to buy a good quality remote starter engagment system with a good warranty, the cheap ones dont work to well. the last one i did was on a 98 jeep wrangler so your plymouth will be similar due to them both being a chrysler, as long as you can read a wiring diagram and use a test light or digital multimeter then you should be alright it is a matter of making about a half dozen or so wire splices and connections hooking up a kill switch under the hood and teaching the remotes it should only take a couple hours to do if you follow the instructions carefully and since you said you have expierience in doing sunroofs in cars it shouldnt be that bad for you
