Does your Nan have a hobby that you could buy her a voucher for, or does she like the cinema you could always buy her a ticket for a film she would like to see.
Has she mentioned anything that she would like but wouldn't ordinarily buy herself.
Think along those lines and you won't go far wrong.

A small bottle of perfume smelling of flowers. Try TK Maxx or TJ Hughes They have some major brands in small bottles really cheap. Or you could buy her one of those nice room sprays from a supermarket.

It might sound vain, but put a pic of you, or you and your family in a frame. You can get one from the pund shop. If she loves her family then she will love the pic, . It only has to be a small one
