She is around 50, has three kids, lets us eat whatever we want in class, is obsessed in guns, has a million guns, tells us stories about guns and other weird stuff, and she had her physics students make a pole that lights on fire and the flames dance to any music that you play. Is she weird? I really like her, but... is she considered weird? Ooh, and she loves getting dirty and muddy...

Sounds like she's completely insane... but normal teachers never make good stories. Weird is fun.
I had a teacher that was talking about the "pet rock" phenomenon in the hippie era. Some guy made millions just by selling "pet" rocks. The teacher was demonstrating...
"see, it can roll over, (he rolls it) it can play dead, it can speak (he slams it on the desk), it can ----KILLL!!!!! " and he freaking throws it baseball-style at a kid at the back of the class. The kid dove out of the way in time, but we were all terrified of him the rest of the year. Good times.

She sounds fun! The physics experiment demonstrates something for the students in a fun way.
As for the gun talk... I'm not sure that's appropriate in the classroom. I'm a Second Amendment Rights person, but I know in any classroom there is probably at least one troubled student who is not stable enough to handle that kind of information. You might discuss this with your parents and see if they want to contact the school administration to discuss this with them.
The last thing you need is a school shooting at your own school.

Every Math Teacher I have ever had throughout the years have been off their rocker. Hummm I wonder if there is a connection between Math teachers and insanity.

I wouldn't say weird, altho' I'm not sure she should share her gun obsession in class. That could inspire who-knows-what whacked out and depressed kid to want to get his hands on a gun.

Weird is an opinion, it's subjective.
You will here she is weird from many close-minded people who don't really deserve to share their opinion.
I will not make the judgement.
I will say she is obviously different than the norm.

i think your math teacher is VERY WEIRD!!!! everything there is totally gross, like the gun thing. You could try to get a different teacher for math, or you could talk to your principal about it...... your prinicpal could tell her what to keep to herself, then you don't need to transfer classes.... Good Luck
