Your talking about a non-agression treaty, and we've had thousands of them across history.

As one famous example, you have the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, also known as the Hitler-Stalin Pact, where Germany agreed not to attack the Soviet Union in WW2.

Did you have anything else to go on?

As I recall Winston Churchill and Adolf Hitler had such a treaty and of course Adolf broke it. I don't know if this was absolutely the only one but it's the one that comes to mind.

Do you know what countries were involved? Treaties have been broken throughout history. However, one I know of involved Germany... well... they broke several treaties in WWII as things progressed.

Every treaty in the history of treaties?

Treaties don't stop wars, they just give us breathing room to get ready for the next one.

Perhaps you are talking about the non-agression pact between Hitler's Germany and Stalin's Russia which Germany broke.
