Upper class? Do you mean Business or First class?

Go to Qantas.com and check out the prices on their site.

also go to singaporeairlines.com. They fly from Manila via Singapore and are very good in Business class (much better than Qantas, nicer planes and better service). May be cheaper than other airlines but you'll get a much better experience - especially if you want to fly 'upper class'.

Actually, while I was typing this I check out Singapore airlines. Total price, business class, Manila-Melbourne return, next month was US$2,453.93 That's a pretty good price.
