I would figure out what shirt you are going to wear then your footless tights should match!

try a light pink striped tight- there should be tons of othe funky colors in costume stores and party city stores, too after halloween!!!
Make sure your shirt matches or doesn't match the tights.... don't match one color only... like if the shirt is white, do not wear white and orange. Wear white and white, or white and orange.

Depends what colour top you're wearing. I've seen them in a variety of different colours, and white matches everything, so good luck!

depends on the top you wear with it
light colors maybe pink, or neutral colors will go well
try on several colors go back and forth try them on and then try the other on to decide ( this is the best way, or you can take digital camera pictures of yourself which can be easier and more helpful)

black or a dark colour. If you choose a light colour unless you have a dark tan your legs will look pasty it just bad. Black shoes aswell unless you want the checkered look

If you dont want dark colours what about lemon or even lime? failing that go sparkly such as silver or gold :)
