Go to a shop, and buy it. Or you could buy a new CD/DVD writer, as Nero often comes bundled with them.

Well, Nero provides a 30 day free trial; however, you need to purchase a license to continue using it. By the way, during the trial, everything works - not crippleware like other trials.
There is no free edition of Nero. Nero 7 Ultra Edition will cost you $89.00 at newegg.com. Do you absolutely need to use Nero? I ask because there are several free alternatives to Nero. If you want to burn CD as well as DVD, I would recommend Finalburner (http://www.protectedsoft.com/products.php). It is a newer product. If you want to use more established software try
