Yes, it's possible, but she'll have to agree to sign it. If there is a divorce and there's a custody hearing I don't know how it will hold up in court.

It may possible but not probable. I can't see a woman giving her children to man, that kind of prenup is for the birds. Why are marrying her for just to produce children for you, that is way to much to ask any woman or man. Sorry, you are getting to deep into prenup.

A pre-nup cannot over-ride the custody and child-support laws you have in your state. You will have to consult an attorney if you want to know more about what can and cannot be established by a pre-nup.

I cant believe there would be a women on earth who would sign that. Are you insane or something ?

Ok so from reading one of the other answers I see there are women who would do that. So let me change my answer to: Any women who would sign that is not the women you want to be the mother of your children.

Why would you want to do that? Children come from 2 ppl and need both of them. You need help with that control issue.

would sign away custody to her future children???
that goes against a normal mother's instincts... and you

I think you're forgetting the fact that you have to get your fiancee to agree to these terms. If you think she would then go for it. You sound like a total control freak to me. I wouldn't marry you.
