Although cocoa butter may help lighten them, there is currently nothing on the market that will get rid of them completely. Once you get them, they are there for life unless you have some of them surgically removed, ie...a tummy tuck will get rid of some of them, but not all.

stretch marks are basically scars, you can't get rid of them, but you can diminish their appearance using Mederma or Vitamin E oil.
