okay.. soo I have another ws.. with like a bajillion questions.. and there are acouple i just do not get!

here they are::

1. What is menudo?

2. What is a famous egg custard of Mexico and Spain-- I think its flan.. but im not sure!

3. What drink is often served wiht churros?

4. What is the main ingrediant in the soup pozole?

5. What is Chorizo?

6. What is jerez?

7. When do you say Buen provecho?

8. What beverage was reserved for the priests and royalty among the Aztecs?

9. What is a tortilla espanol?

Looks like you know your own answers because I can't even imagine what you need these words for. You say you're 14 in your profile, I don't know how can you listen Menudo, eat flan with churros, drink a cup of jerez and have a buen provecho breaking with your teeth a spanish omelet and write thanks de antemano.

2.) flan (u're right)
3.) churros are served with(con) chocolate
4.) pork=cerdo
5.) chorizo is Spanish sausage
6.) Jerez, as I know it, is the city of the southwest of Spain.
7.) it is said before someone starts eating. It means "enjoy".
8.) beverage from crushed cocoa beans(chocolate). They called it chocolatl.
9.) Tortilla epanol, or Spanish tortilla, is an omelette made of beaten eggs.

That famous egg custard in #2 is, indeed, flan.

I believe that the drink that is served with churros is horchata.

I think the main ingredient in pozole is pork, but I'm not really sure if that's the answer you're looking for.

Chorizo is a kind of pork sausage.

Many of these can be resolved with a Spanish/English dictionary. For the others, I suspect your textbook, or class notes/handouts will have the answers. I do not believe teachers expect you to answer questions when you do not have the resources.

You are correct on #2. It is flan.
