Im looking to buy a condo but the prices arent dropping... In a proffesional opinion when is the best time to invest?

Rarely do prices in real estate drop. Thats why they call it an investment. The best time to buy is when interest rates are low.

Where in NY? I'm right outside NY in CT and prices are indeed dropping here.
