Under the laws that were established at the time the guidlines were set up - Yes. However, you may want to get an attorney and have your situation looked at again. If your children are with you a little less than half of the time than you shouldn't have to pay her but for the 5% of the difference. It may pay in the long run to hire an attorney.

My first recommendations is to go the family courts and petition for "support modification" here in California you cannot just change court ordered support because you feel like it!!! You have to protect yourself and your credit!!!Modification will take into consideration your income your time with your kids and modify...it's is only allowed occasionally !!! File motion first before changing your support amount..Seems unfair but it is in your best interest!!! If your paying support under the guideline of 10% or less visitation then I would assume that a judge WILL modify now that your kids are with you 45% of the time. Good Luck!!

First of all do the courts know that you have the kids 45% of the time. If yes then they set the guidelines on payment if not that might be something to bring up to your lawyer.

I'm not sure about Florida but I believe this is cosidered in the guidelines. If the kids are w/ u almost half the time it should be taken into account. Good luck b/c the law can be tough & unfair!

Take her back to court, cause if you do not pay she can have you in contempt at any time and have your butt thrown in jail. She may verbally agree now but you p!ss her off down the road and to jail you go if you can not catch up the payments!

i like how every person, no count what technology they are from, says "Oh WE have been spanked transforming into up and have been sooo lots greater useful behaved" and then they think of that interior the subsequent technology after them, no one grew to become into spanked and young infants grew to grow to be terrible. And geez, once you're merely between 13 and 19 years previous, I enormously doubt issues have been lots different in any respect once you have been youthful than they are actually. somebody born previously the 90s might probable whinge approximately people your age and rant approximately how spoiled you all are, and would additionally say you probably did no longer get spanked. you're saying that oldsters "on the instant" "can no longer do something", yet actual punishment is somewhat nonetheless criminal and around 70% of dad and mom nonetheless do it. interior the area with the toddler crying over no longer getting candy, i'm somewhat greater vulnerable to think of people have been shaking their heads on the toddler's habit, no longer by using fact the mum informed him he grew to become into in hardship. somewhat, there seem so lots greater people who choose and seem down on dad and mom/infants whilst they are having a foul 2nd in public, than people getting disillusioned over a discern scolding their toddler. i'm no longer saying the toddler's habit ought to have merely been excused, yet this grew to become into merely a finished stranger in public and you haven't any longer any thought what the area grew to become into. possibly the toddler somewhat grew to become right into a finished brat who does stuff like that one and all the time, yet returned, he additionally would have merely been having a foul day. All young infants could have their moments and maximum dad and mom finally end up getting caught in a clumsy/embarrassing venture like that throughout public a minimum of as quickly as. people staring and shaking their heads somewhat would not help.

thats something you would have to ask your child support case worker. i think the judge figured that out when he figured the visitation out, if so then yes you probably have to pay.
