You HAVE to have a kiln.

A regular oven doesn't get hot enough. E.G.: 2000 degrees.

A microwave would only make the green-ware explode!!! It would also NOT do anything for the glaze on the green ware or bisque.

Go back to where you bought your ceramics from and have them tell you where you can have them fired. There are businesses that do just that. OR if these ceramics are small enough, see how much a small kiln would cost and the lessons on how to properly use it.

You can fire only low heat clay (Polymer, etc.) in a conventional oven. I wouldn't ever use a microwave, as it heats unevenly.
Clay hardens when it is fired and must have high heat to do this. 900 degrees to 2000 degrees, depending on what kind of clay you are firing. If you have a sculpture that you would like fired, there may be a place near you that has a kiln that you can use. Probably for a fee.
Since ovens only go to 550 degrees, I don't think it will be possible for you to use that for this purpose.

There are polymer clays you can use in the oven like fimo and sculpy. But real clay needs to be fired in a kiln. The temperature depends on the type of clay you have. But it is way out of a ovens range regardless.
Microwave will make the trapped water inside heat and the sculpt will most likely explode. Even with proper tools clay work can be very tricky to learn.
Sorry I know it's frustrating wanting to try something and it involves so many special tools. You might try looking for a local ceramic shop sometimes they will let people pay to fire there works. If your serious about getting into clay work look for grant money it can be very expensive.

You can bake polymer clay, like Fimo, in a kitchen oven, as well as flour and salt based modeling clay. Firing ceramic requires the much higher temperatures of a kiln.
