however, the figures represent answers to "loaded" questions. i don't really think OBL is a better person than Bush, but Bush is clearly more violent and dangerous.

I realize that I'm wasting my time answering your question. Bush does not belong in the question. I can tell you that Saddam killed at least 35,000 of his own civilians in the late 80's and early 90's alone. Bush is a normal guy. I don't know what blog you have been sucking up, but you are lost in a tangled mess of conspiracy theories all with one common thread; "BUSH SUCKS!"

Bush is much better, but only because he is a leader of a Democratic Republic and his control isn't absolute.
