.38 Special - At a county Fair in Wyoming in 1993 or 4 they just flat brought it, Gary Rossington from Skynnrd was a guest, they played Skynnrd tunes and their own, one hell of a good show

Working backwards: Madonna/Girlie Show, Rod Stewart (don't remember the name, but The stage was surrounded on four side by a a catwalk - he did a lot of Motown covers), Fishbone/Fred is Dead, Eurythmics (1986? Halfway through the show they switched from colored lights to stark white, lit the house lights, went acoustic and seemed to 'grow' - almost a 3-D effect. Fantastic!) Can't forget the Plasmatics (Glam rock at it's finest. Wendy-O in a leather bikini bottom and black electrical tape on her ta-tas! Add a chainsaw, a skinhead wearing only a tutu and black chuck-taylors and some great guitar - instant 'Black Leather Monster'!) or Parliament-Funkadelic (when the mothership landed, and Dr. Funkenstein emerged, it was crazzzyyyyyyyy!).

Either Def Leppard and Europe (ever heard of them) at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in July, 1988 (pouring rain, they played anyway) or the Police and Joan Jett on the Synchronicity tour in 1984. Great shows!
