have for cashing out our (3) childrens mutual funds when we go back to court in March 07? He didn't tell me that he was going to cash it ...also he lied to court the last time we were there in Oct...about being behind in mortagate payments..he said he was 3 months behind the truth is he is 5 months behind...

Seriously. None. In the end he will be told to give you one half of what ever he got. I have seen this happen many times. I work for an attorney. If your not close to trial then not much is going to happen. Even then you will just have to get compensated.

providing the account that your childrens funds were in allowed him to sign solely then there is no crime other than his a schmuck......if he has no authority to sign on the account or if 2 signatures are required then he could be charged with obtaining money by deception/fraud. also if this is the case you can lodge a query with the bank the account was at...if funds were given outside of the authority the bank must refund the money and they will persue legal action against him......

He is probably going to go to jail for contempt(lying in court) he could be there for like 6 months. What a piece of **** dad to take your kids future away. Good luck honey I am getting ready to go through a divorce.

No judge in their right mind would tolerate his behavior and "understand." Try not to giggle to loudly if the judge comes unglued on him.

well, judges are notorious for not liking being lied to. I think your soon to be ex is hosed.
