once its stuck to you, just make sure you run into a group of enemies and let them explode.
that's how we would capture the flag. as we storm the base, we light a member up with the plasmas, drop in, and laugh hysterically as everyone in the room dies.

Once you're stuck, You're stuck. The best thing is to not get stuck in the first place. Don't stand still. If a plasma is thrown over you make sure there is no wall behind you. Jump if you are being targeted. Also being a better sticker works well to keep people from trying to stick you. The plasma pistol, double throw works well.

Unfortunately, once you're stuck with a plasma grenade, the only way it is going to come off is with a an explosion.

They stick so no chance to get em off. You could shoot it in the air if its thrown at you but that is hhhaaarrdd. Or if it's already stuck to you make like a suicide bomber and run into an enemy!!

You can not get them off you. Once its on, its on!!! Its super sticky glue. And the worse place to get it stuck is on ur helmet.
